When you upgrade to level 12 in Hero, that you should be killing those Rogues and Assassins by now, if not go try them you should be able to take them fairly easy you might want to consider joining a party it may help you.

After level(Hero powerleveling) to 13 go kill those Renegades they will be hard but stack up on CHI and HP pots and just spam them with skills just keep doing this you won't lose any money on pots as they drop a decent amount of money, if anything you should be earning more money than what you originally spent on the pots you should also have a decent amount of money by now providing you have been doing, and you might be thinking of upgrading your equipment it will also help you kill those Renegades.
